Terms and Conditions — Sweetiepie Apparel

By placing an order with Sweetiepie Apparel (“we,” “us,” “our”), you (“customer,” “you”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase. Checking the acknowledgment box at checkout confirms you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

1. Made-to-Order Products

All Sweetiepie Apparel products are printed on demand and made to order specifically for you. Production begins after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Because each item is custom-produced, all sales are final except as described in our Refund Policy below.

2. Product Descriptions & Variations

• We make every effort to display our products, colors, and designs as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, print placement, and sizing may occur due to the print-on-demand production process and differences in screen displays. Such variations do not qualify as defects.
• Size charts are provided on each product page. It is the customer's responsibility to select the correct size before ordering. Ordering the wrong size does not qualify for a refund or exchange.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.
• Payment is due in full at the time of order. Orders will not enter production until payment is successfully processed.
• You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for any issue covered by these Terms. Chargebacks filed in violation of this agreement may result in your account being blocked from future purchases.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
• Because production begins shortly after ordering, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have entered production (typically within 24 hours of placement).

5. Shipping

• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our control.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable except where the wrong or defective item was shipped due to our error.
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, you must file a claim with the carrier.

6. Refund & Return Policy

Because our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or dislike of the product.

Refunds or replacements will only be issued in the following cases:

1. Defective item — a manufacturing or printing defect (e.g., misprint, torn fabric on arrival).
2. Wrong item received — you received a different product or size than what you ordered.
3. Damaged in transit — the item arrived damaged.

To make a claim, you must: contact us within 14 days of delivery, provide your order number, and provide clear photographic evidence of the defect, damage, or error.

If your claim is approved, we will, at our discretion, replace the item or issue a refund for the defective item(s) only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

The following do NOT qualify for refunds or replacements: change of mind, wrong size selected by the customer, minor color or print-placement variations inherent to print-on-demand, normal wear and tear, items damaged due to improper care.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sweetiepie Apparel's total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork (including the “Sweetiepie” artwork), logos, and content on this store are the property of Sweetiepie Apparel and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without our written permission.

9. Customer Acknowledgment

By checking the acknowledgment box at checkout, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions, you understand that all products are made to order and all sales are final except for defective, damaged, or incorrect items as described above, and you have reviewed the size chart and selected your size accordingly.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your order.
